    Reclaiming your time isn’t about becoming more efficient —
    it’s about returning to yourself.

    If you feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or quietly ashamed that you “can’t keep up,” you’re not alone — and you’re not the problem. Most creatives have been conditioned to treat their time as something to squeeze, optimize, or justify… instead of something sacred.

    This course is a guided, gentle interruption of that story.

    Together, we’ll explore what it means to reclaim your time from extraction, rebuild your agency, and reconnect to the creativity and self-love that burnout tried to take from you.

    What will you get from this workshop?

    This isn’t a webinar.
    This is a dignifying, interactive space for reflection, conversation, and reclamation.

    You’ll leave with language, frameworks, and practices that help you treat your time as a liberation resource — not a measure of worth.

    During our hour together, you will:
    • Release self-blame by understanding the difference between internalized urgency and true importance
    • Recognize the systemic roots of overwhelm so you can stop misdiagnosing yourself
    • Begin gently dismantling the belief that productivity = dignity or happiness
    • Reclaim small pockets of oxygen for play, creativity, and rest — without guilt
    • Reconnect to the purpose beneath your commitments (your deeper why, not the checklist version)
    • Learn supportive time-boundary practices that honor your capacity instead of ignoring it
    • Take the first meaningful step toward designing time around your values, not demands

    You will walk away clearer, lighter, and more grounded in your own agency.
